15 October 2014, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia…Mandara Spa unveils new treatments and upgraded facilities at its Magellan Sutera Resort location.

The Mandara Spa at the Magellan Sutera Resort has undergone a renovation, now offering superior services, ambiance, and accessibility. New features of the spa include a new pathway leading towards the main spa entrance and an improved reception area with comfortable seating, streamlining the arrival and departure experience for guests, as well as a Retail and Departure Lounge, featuring an extensive range of spa homecare products and accessories.

Since its opening in 2000, Mandara Spa has strived to continually upgrade and improve its services and products to meet the growing requirements of our guests. Surrounded by manicured gardens and facing the islands of Tuanku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, the spa is a spacious two-story tropical sanctuary, designed to encourage its guests to relax and unwind, with décor and architecture incorporating an eclectic fusion of Asian influences.

A brand new open-air pavilion is now available for guests to enjoy treatments in an outdoor tropical setting, extending the resort atmosphere outside. For guests on business or leisure, Mandara Spa introduces its first Oxygen Therapy Massage in Malaysia, intended to be the perfect antidote to end-of-day fatigue. A 20-minute inhalation of pure oxygen combined with a relaxing massage aims to improve concentration levels, enhance mental clarity and heighten overall well-being.
